Der Laser ist einfach spitze, ich bin absolut begeistert.
Beim Öffnen des Kartons fällt schnell auf, dass alles gut durchdacht ist. Sauber, jedes Teil einzeln verpackt in einem dafür vorgesehenen Platz verwahrt. Schraubentüten sind nummeriert, Werkzeug ist komplett dabei.
Der Aufbau ist wirklich einfach. Die beiliegende Bild für Bild Anleitung beschreibt alles ganz genau.
Über einen QR-Code kann man sich die komplette Anleitung herunterladen, dort finden sich Hinweise und Anleitungen zu Installation und erste Einstellungsparameter mit der Gratis-Software LaserGBRL.
Ich habe zuerst mit LaserGRBL getestet, mir aber dann wie empfohlen die Brennsoftware Lightburn gekauft. Welche schnell und intuitive nutzbar ist. Ob sie wirklich nötig ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Aber sie bietet mir, was mir wichtig ist, einen Import von „AI-Dateien“.
Als Erstes habe ich mir jetzt eine Box gebaut, in der ich den Laser gestellt habe. Als Sichtfenster habe ich ein Acrylglas in Rot bestellt. Aufgrund eines Videos, in dem verschiedensten Farben mit einem blauen Diodenlaser getestet wurden. Natürlich ohne Gewähr! Unter dem Laser habe ich ein magnetisches Lochblech stehen, welches ich mit Magneten erhöht habe. Das soll eine Belüftung von unten schaffen. Das zu lasernde Holz lässt sich so gut darauf befestigen. Meine Box ist noch nicht fertig, aber es war mir sehr wichtig, den Laser vor Staub zu schützen und mich vorm Laser zu schützen.
Der Laser läuft ruhig und der Geruch soll noch über eine Lüftung abgeführt werden, mich stört er weniger, aber mein Mann findet ihn schon ziemlich störend.
Meine ersten Versuche jetzt waren da, um meine Einstellungsparameter zu finden.
Da ich absolute Anfängerin bin, sind das natürlich nur meine Testdateien! - Und gebe keine Garantie!

Die Ergebnisse sind viel mehr wie erhofft und ich freu mich riesig meine Ideen damit umsetzen zu können.

The assembly instructions are easy to understand, took me 30 minutes to finish it. Added some hot glue to the motor connectors as strain relief. Works very well with Lightburn. Top product!
